Due to monsoon season, there are many old and new trees all over the colony and in the parks of Defence colony requiring proper pruning to save these trees from felling during the heavy winds. Some of these trees are already full of termites and may be fatal if they fall on any vehicle, person or electricity wires. A proper survey is required by the horticulture department, MCD and councilor to prune, cut and caring in July’24. The residents keep complaining about the pruning requirements but hardly get any response.
