Property Tax and Self Certification were conducted by SRWA for the following benefits :
Special discount for the owner of the property by the Haryana Government. One can get a 15% discount on property tax for the year 2023-24 by satisfying their property data located in urban areas. This opportunity is only till 31-03-2024.
A one-time rebate of 15% shall be allowed on the principal amount of property tax arrears for the years 2010-11 to 2022-23 to those property owners who clear all the property tax arrears for the years 2010-11 to 2022-23 and also self-certify their property information on ‘Property Tax Dues Payment and property. ULBHaryana.GOV.IN” till March 31st 2024.
A one-time waiver of 100% of interest on the arrears of property tax pending since the year 2010-11 to 2022-23 shall be allowed to all taxpayers, if their arrears are paid and also self-certify their property information on the portal ‘Property Tax Dues Payment and No Dues Certificate Management System Portal’ by 31st March 2024.
Residents can get the above benefits by self-certifying their property information on the portal i.e. PROPERTY.ULB *HARYANA.GOV.IN* till 31-03-2024.
It’s important to know that in future your property tax record will be authentic proof of your property in urban areas like Jamabandi and Intkaal etc., in village areas.
So it is mandatory to self-certify your property in the property tax assessment Record of Municipal Corporation Gurugram.
