On August 15, Prateek Wisteria society was abuzz with excitement as residents came together to celebrate Independence Day on a grand scale. The society was transformed into a vibrant canvas of patriotism, with tricolour-themed balloons and decorations adorning every corner. A stunning tent and a beautifully designed stage were set up, providing the perfect backdrop for the day’s festivities.
The program began with a solemn flag-hoisting ceremony by the senior citizens of the society, President Navneet Jouhari, Executive member Sanjay Singh and AoA team. The audience stood in unison, paying respects to the national flag as it soared high. The atmosphere was electric, filled with patriotic fervour and a sense of national pride.
The cultural programs that followed were a testament to the talent and enthusiasm of the children. Dressed in tricolour-themed costumes, they performed with gusto, entertaining the audience with songs, dances, and skits. Patriotic songs and music filled the air, evoking feelings of nationalism and unity.
The residents appreciated the management team’s efforts in organizing such a wonderful event, which brought the community together in a celebration of freedom and independence. The program concluded with a sweet box distribution, leaving everyone with a sense of joy and unity.
In line with the “Clean Noida, Green Noida” mission, a group of greenery enthusiasts worked tirelessly on August 15 to seed Jamun trees in a 2 km area, promoting a cleaner and greener environment. This initiative was a fitting tribute to the spirit of independence and a step towards a sustainable future.
