Going with the mood & flow of the country, S Block Shiv Mandir Trust in association with SBWS organized a major, impressive function in S Block Park. 1. “Akshat” & invitation cards were distributed to all residents. 2. The whole S Block was decorated with “Bhagwa” flags. 3. Renowned bhajan singers were invited for “Sunder Kand,’Hanuman Chalisa” & other melodious bhajans/songs. 4. A huge LED screen was put up for live transmission of programme from Ayodhaya. Hundreds of residents were seen swaying to the singing of “Sunder Kand”. 5. All the VIP’s including Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj, the SHO & Councilor Shikha Rai attended the festivities. 6. A huge Bhandara was organized for the poor & residents. Almost 1000 people were fed. 7. SBWS distributed 100 beautiful Potlis containing 11 diyas each, “Cotton Batti” & oil. These were courtesy Sanjay Poddar (C23, Pamposh Enclave).
