After the first showers of monsoon, the patchwork done on the roads has sunken giving a tough time to the residents. After the sewer lines were laid, the excavated soil was taken away and loose soil was filled around the pipes. These were then covered by black coal tar creating a band in the centre of the road. Though the sides of some lanes were also dug up but these are left to be repaired by the house owners.
