The much-delayed RWA Gumbad AGM was held finally on Sun, 6 Dec ‘23 at the Club at 10am adjourned and re-convened at 10.30 with a very poor attendance. The AGM was held basically to pass the accounts passed off peacefully unlike the preceding AGM due to the low attendance and very few points for discussion. After passing minutes of the last meeting the Accounts of preceding year were taken up and passed.
Mr Ahuja was retained as Account Auditor for another term unanimously.
Residents and their points were then taken up relating to Nullah desilting, lights security, these few queries were answered by the President and HGS. With no other and very few other points for discussion, the President closed the meeting in a record shortest time ever. AGM attended by just a handful was a disappointing show indeed. Much more participation is required.
