Pollution, A Dark Cloud

Pollution, has marred, the festive spirit of the capital, by engulfing all, in its venomous throes. It is, like a dark shadow, choking the lungs of young and old alike. The farmers are not to be blamed, totally! It is also the side effect, of high rise buildings, in the city and the poor sanitary infrastructure, of the city. The poorly constructed roads, made with inferior quality material, are not able to withstand, even a single rainy season. Over all, the cleanliness in the city, is being comprised, which ultimately leads to pollution. The civic bodies, are using this issue, for political malpractices by blaming the ruling party, for a lapse in their administration.
