Garbage collectors, maids, construction workers, and even residents who encourage their helpers to do the same thing have been said to have turned several plots spanning multiple blocks in DLF phase 2 into dumping grounds, creating a highly unusual pattern.
The plot at K3/19 is the most recent victim of this trend; it is where the people of K3 are said to be dumping their daily household garbage. A K3 homeowner has confirmed this and expressed the need for immediate action to prevent the area from turning into a breeding ground for unpleasant odors and contagious illnesses.
It’s fascinating because this isn’t the first piece of land like this that people have reported seeing this year; actions were taken in response to their reports, but some of the plots have reverted back to their previous usage as private landfills.
Living in a society where everyone is “woke” and where every household teaches, preaches, and expects a high standard of personal cleanliness. It’s fascinating to see how people’s desire for sanitation and cleanliness stops at their own front door or workplace.
