NFC Vriksharopan Committee recently planted trees in large numbers in Sheeham Park, D Block. On this occasion, Ex- Chairman MCD Garden Committee and Delhi Garh Parisad Chairman Dharamvir Singh, Sunil Bhasin, Anil Jaggi, Ashok Nanchal, Humvir Bhati, Uday Bhudlani, Virendra Gautam, Manoj Bhiduri, S Shegal, Nitesh Yadav, Dinesh Chaudari were present, along with many local residents. Planting trees is the only solution to control pollution levels and minimise environmental imbalance. The residents participated very enthusiastically in the plantation drive. These drives encourage people to plant more trees and infuse in them fresh energy and inspiration to keep the environment healthy. Dharamvir Singh said, “The temperature in Delhi is soaring thanks to the high pollution levels and global warming. In such a scenario, planting trees and cleanliness can only make Delhi a pollution-free city.” Singh encouraged more and more people to come forward and participate in such drives.
