The problem of garbage and dense foliage growth in empty plots seem to be a persistent one. With the recent rains the foliage has grown multifold and becomes a possible habitat for rats, pests, snakes etc. The Noida Authority should conduct regular cleaning of these plots and more importantly penalize the plot owners for not cleaning their empty plots.
