Pearl Court in Essel Towers, celebrated the successful completion of a very prestigious Lifts Replacement Project on 28th September 2024. The ceremony was held to recognise the hard work of the engineers and technicians of Kone Elevators, the civil contractor – Richen Services, and the stakeholder – Pearl Court Forum and Lift Committee members. Dr. Rajeev Sinha, President ETRWA, Savithri Lakshmanan, and Naveen Dubey – Board Members from ETRWA were also present on this occasion.
The project was completed in a record time of 8 months from the project start date and within the budget cost. Inder Sadhu, the convenor of the Lift Replacement Committee, welcomed all the team members and thanked them for achieving this target. Dr Brij Gupta, President Pearl Court Forum and Secretary ETRWA also spoke on this occasion and thanked every team member including the workers and labourers who were involved in this project for their professional work. He mentioned that the project consisting of six lifts was implemented in two phases of 3 lifts each in a record period of 8 months from the Project start date. The replacement project of the lifts in the existing building involved several challenges like the safety of workers and residents and most importantly, without causing any inconvenience to the residents by keeping one lift in operation at all times. All this could be made possible due to the mutual cooperation of all contractors working at the site, the residents, and the security staff of the condominium. Dr Rajeev Sinha provided all necessary support whenever required or felt necessary by the Pearl Court team. His concluding remarks applauded the Pearl Court team and all the contractors who made this possible.
A multi-cuisine lunch was served to all those who were present at this ceremony.
