PCPH CELEBRATES HOLI

  • Holi Celebrations at PC1-6: होलिका दहन बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत का प्रतीक है। पीसी 1-6 में, रविवार, 24 मार्च की सुबह पूजा के लिए व्यवस्था की गई थी जो हमारे महिला निवासियों द्वारा की गई। शाम को सभी ने मिलकर होलिका दहन का आनंद लिया। हमने एक-दूसरे को गले लगाया और इस पवित्रा त्योहार के लिए शुभकामनाओं का आदान-प्रदान किया। मिठाइयां वितरित की गईं। होली के दिन हमने साथ में खूब मस्ती की। सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 1 बजे तक सभी रंगों से खेलते रहे। फिर, हमने भोजन का आनंद लिया जिसमें ठंडाई, छोले भटूरे और रायता था। यह व्यवस्था एच के वर्मा, मनेंद्र, रूपेश और हेमंत ने की थी। हम उनके आभारी हैं। द्वारा ऊषा वर्मा (PC3)
  • Colours, Community, and Culinary Delights: Embracing Unity in Pavilion Heights 2: Holi at PH2, organized by the Cultural and Welfare Society, was a vibrant affair filled with dance, music, and delectable food. As the community gathered, joy filled the air, accompanied by rhythmic beats that set the tone for the festivities. From savoury snacks like pakoras to sweet delights such as gujiyas to traditional coolers like Thandai, there was something for everyone to relish. Amidst the merriment, people of all ages joyfully applied colours, spreading cheer.Children added to the fun by splashing water on everyone. After playing Holi, the residents enjoyed a delightful communal lunch, creating cherished memories. This jubilant celebration embodied the very essence of Holi, not only fostering togetherness but also strengthening the bonds of friendship among residents.   • Holi at PH4: Holi, the festival of colours, love, and spring, was celebrated with tremendous enthusiasm by the PH4 residents. The event was organized by the dynamic PH4 FUNtastic Females culture group, adding an extra layer of energy to the festivities. The festival commenced with a Puja performed by Panditji, followed by Holika Dahan facilitated by the elderlies. This sacred ritual brought the residents together, allowing them to partake in customs that hold deep significance for them. The gathering of families in large numbers was truly heartening to witness, fostering a sense of community. The festivities continued with the distribution of Prasad and Holi Milan where residents joyously played with gulal, marking the official start of the Holi celebrations. The following day, the spirit of Holi was reignited with mouth-watering snacks, Thandai, and Gujiyas, accompanied by lively music spun by a DJ. Adults and children alike immersed themselves in the joyous atmosphere, dancing to the rhythmic beats and revelling in the festive spirit. The children were actively involved, setting up a Photo Booth, displaying their artwork to capture memorable moments and encouraging everyone to create picture-perfect memories. As the celebrations progressed, all could be seen enjoying the traditional revelry—splashing water, smearing faces with vibrant colours, and engaging in playful water balloon fights and Holi gun battles. The ambiance was filled with laughter, colourful faces, and foot-stomping music, complemented by a delectable lunch that provided an opportunity for everyone to bond over food and play, thereby keeping the Holi spirits soaring high. The highlight of the celebration was witnessing people shed their inhibitions, letting loose, and dancing merrily alongside old and newfound neighbours and friends.
