A Seminar on Human Values based on true teachings of The Vedas in Memory of Rajiv Kumar Chaudhri at Arya Samaj GK-1
On Sun 10 Dec, a thought provoking seminar was organised in the memory of Rajiv Kumar Chaudhri by his family to honour such a noble soul and mark his first death anniversary on the 15 Dec at the Brij Mohan Munjal Vedic Kendra Auditorium at Arya Samaj Kailash -Greater Kailash 1.
Such seminars were being organised by Rajiv ji for over 15 years under the auspices of 37 organizations including RWAs, Arya Samajs, Sanatan Dharam Mandirs, NGOs and Gurudwara of South Delhi. Purpose of these seminars is to keep alive human values in the society based on true teachings of Vedas, help provide a foundation to the society to achieve peace, success, joy and happiness and connect as many people as possible with these teachings.
Rajiv ji’s contribution to the Arya Samaj, many schools and institutions and various other causes have been exemplary. He reflected compassion, positivity, calmness, selflessness, inner strength, and unconditional faith in God.
The event was graced by Chief guest Yogesh Munjal and many eminent guests of honour. Blessings and Aashirwad were by Swami Pranavanand Saraswati. The welcome address was by Richa Chaudhri Ahuja- his daughter who highlighted the purpose of the seminar and inaugurated a handle on youtube ‘RajivChaudhriYaadein’ with songs and bhajans sung by Rajiv ji who we all know had a melodious voice.
The topics on Positive Thinking and Our Relationship with God were relevant and consciously selected to interest the youth and were taken by two distinguished and well-known scholars Dr. Vageesh Archarya and Dr. Vinay Vidyalankar. The seminar was captivating and knowledgeable marking huge presence of the youth and varied audience. The program was telecast live by the Arya Sandesh channel and grand success with a commitment to carry on Rajiv ji’s legacy every year.
