It has been an immense honour and pleasure for the residents of DLF 2 to know that Dr Bakshi Ram was presented the Padamshri award by the esteemed President of India, Smt Draupadi Murmu.
Dr. Bakshi Ram has worked on the development of sugarcane varieties for maximum yield of crops across the country. The award was presented under the category of Science and Engineering, Haryana.
The awards were announced in January and were presented in April. Various groups and The RWA of DLF 2 felicitated Dr Bakshi Ram for his achievement.
