Def col has approximately 1543 dwellings that during the course of time have more than doubled. Most of the plots which had one ”&þ or Two floors now have more than four floors. This has resulted in over burdening of infrastructure especially the sewage system. Constant complaints of sewer being blocked are on the increase. Here our backend team of sewer karamcharis are giving efficient and fast service. The sewer dept comes under Delhi Jal Board headed by an AE and a supervisor. All complaints are routed through wats app to the supervisor who in turn deputes team around the colony. It is not a nice sight to see over flowing sewers or being in danger of inhaling the poisonous gases coming out from the sewers but still our staff comprising of supervisor Veenod and his assistants Ravi, Joginder, Amit carrying on their work judiciously so that we residents don’t face any discomfort.
