Our Seniors High in Spirit!

In Mahagun Morpheus, Sportvaganza in charge Sandeep Pagey, Abdul Bari and Sunita Bari planned Senior Citizens Sports on 28 June. I joined, for the first time, to cheer and motivate them but found they were all already enthusiastic, dressed in style and in high spirit. The three interesting games — golf putting, brain teaser and musical chair — kept all occupied. It was endearing to see couples, out of love for each other, sacrificing for their spouse to win. Those left single in this age were also given good support and comfort by others. The ones getting out of the games were taking their defeat in a fun way with a smiling face. Such initiatives to entertain senior citizens are praiseworthy. I enjoyed and learned a lot on this day.
