Who is responsible for this situation? After a heavy downpour of about one hour, the water from the drain around Kailash Dham was flowing onto the road. It was difficult to walk out of the society. The presswala, vegetable thela, the tailor who all on the sides of the road were unable to do so. The filthy water was definitely not a good sight. We can only hope that the Authority takes notice of the situation and some concrete steps are taken to avoid this kind of situation in future. Only the we can call our country ‘SWACH BHARAT’
