Lt Col Dev Raj Dogra: As, someone writing and following milestone birthdays of our residents, and as they cross into their glorious centuries celebrating each coming birthday with good wishes. It comes as a sudden shock and sadness to hear of their expiry. So, too with extreme sadness the passing away of Lt Col Dev Raj Dogra (D-321) on Dec 20 ’23 at age 101 blessed years. His 100th birthday was celebrated by his family and organized by his son Maj Gen Vikram Dev Dogra with great military ceremonial aplomb and style in his dad’s honour and much remembered…Here are a few words from his son Maj Gen Dogra on the peaceful passing away of his beloved father. “His life was a testament to resilience strength and enduring love and we celebrate the beautiful moments he spent with us”.
