When the colony was approved, it was only for 2.5 floors for plots beyond 180 Sq.m. Zoning plan pointed to the gate’s location with trees planted accordingly. Now with the new scheme, trees are being cut to provide parking for all four builder’s floors. It is a catch-22 situation, who is to blame?
