On the auspicious day of Durga Ashtami the RWA of DLF2 initiated the process of installing ANPR/CCTV cameras for better surveillance at all the entry gates of DLF2.
By 13th of April, these cameras were installed at Gate No. 3 and a full-fledged trial is now underway.
To install the camera, a new structure was erected at Gate No. 3 which would allow the installation of the cameras and colony signage. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Cameras are cameras that read and digitalise vehicles’ number plates in real-time. These will help our security team identify all the vehicles entering the colony and create data for better surveillance.
Instead of writing each car number manually in the register, the system will read each plate and create a record. Reduce the time and effort needed to record each vehicle.
Manish Dhawan, President RWA of DLF2 is personally monitoring the progress of the project under his supervision. Very soon all the 6 gates of DLF2 will have cameras and guard rooms for better vigilance.
