Nowhere to Play?

Rakesh Narang recently reported that during a recent visit to the park in front of Gangotri Hall with his son, they were informed by the guard that playing is not allowed, as per RWCS instructions. He asked, “If the ground is not for physical activities, could you clarify its purpose and consider adding a signboard stating the same? It’s surprising that indoor areas are for play but open spaces are restricted.”
