Some Members Are Not Happy Over the Selection of the AGM Date

Vasant Vihar Welfare Association has issued a notification dated 14 Oct 2022 that the 51st Annual General Body Meeting of the Vasant Vihar Welfare Association will be held on Sat, 29 Oct at 5 PM at Aravali Auditorium, Kalyan Kendra, 9 Paschimi Marg, Vasant Vihar.
The agenda papers will be distributed within the next few days. In the meantime, if anyone has any question, the office bearers of the Welfare Association will be available in VVWA office, to attend to their queries, from 11 AM to 2 PM till 27 Oct.
It may be noted that only VVWA members are entitled to attend the General Body Meeting.
A copy of this notification has been put-up on the VVWA Notice Board.
Some members are not happy over the selection of the date, 29 Oct, for the General Body meeting. They are saying that it being festive period, many residents will be out of station. For larger participation, the General Body meeting should have been scheduled a week later.
