Poetry plays an appreciable role in instilling sensitivity, compassion, empathy and social consciousness among children That’s why children should be encouraged to write poetry or practice art and creativity. Children are the future citizens of our country & it’s imperative that we train them to be socially responsible and sensitive human beings. (Poetry is instrumental in doing that!) We invite the budding poets of Nirvana to participate in a poetry contest by submitting their self-written poems in either English or Hindi. This contest is open to children in the age group 8 to 15. Please read the submission guidelines carefully:
1.The poem must be self-written; 2. Line limit-not less than 10 lines (age group 8-11)(not less than 20 lines (for age group 12 to 15); 3. The poem must be typed on the body of the email or Whatsapp. Attachments shall not be entertained; 4. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.; 5.
