NFC RWA (Ashoka Park) proudly informs all residents and readers of ‘Samvada’ that talent knows no boundaries and that true talent, actually takes people to places they may have never dreamt of traversing. All would be extremely happy to be informed that ‘two of our young boys who are amongst the team of people for collection of garbage from NFC’ were chosen/selected for the ‘audition round’ of the current season of ‘INDIAN IDOL’ to b held at the Thyagaraj Stadium at Delhi. From there, the two boys were further selected and were given a ‘golden ticket’ to participate in the very next round in Mumbai. But, all this could not have been possible without the help of a gracious resident of Block-A of NFC who actually heard these young boys, helped them in making a recording, tweeting and uploading the same so much so that the same caught the attention of Anand Mahindra, who then decided to take these youngsters under his wings. Many residents and members of the Management Committee of the NFC RWA also raised finances to enable the youngsters to make arrangements and purchases to their liking for their tour to the ‘city of dreams’ and for the preparations and tuitions for their ‘singing assignment’. As all say, together, all can and they will!! We hope and pray that the youngsters do well and remain happy with whatever be the outcome.
