The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of ATS VILLAGE has announced the results of its annual elections for the office bearers for the year 2023–2024. The elections were held on 07 May, and the following office bearers were elected unanimously:
President: P.S. Arora; Vice President: Pramod Sharma; Secretary: R.K. Sanghi; Treasurer: R.K. Rustagi; Joint Secretary: David B. Francis; Joint Treasurer: Shail Tiwari The newly elected office bearers will serve for a term of one year. They will oversee the management and maintenance of the apartment complex, which has 736 units and over 1500 residents.
The outgoing office bearers congratulated the new team and expressed their confidence in their leadership and vision. They also thanked the residents for their cooperation and support during their tenure.
The new president, Mr Arora, thanked the voters for their trust and said that he was honoured to lead the association. He said that his main priorities would be to improve the infrastructure, security, cleanliness, and amenities of the apartment complex, and to foster a sense of community and harmony among the residents.
He also invited suggestions and feedback from the residents on how to make ATS Village a better place to live.
