New Security Arrangements in A Block

Your RWA has introduced an innovative system to enhance the security of our block, making the most of our limited resources. Under this new working arrangement, the association security supervisor conducts night patrols/checks three times every night, ensuring a vigilant watch while residents are fast asleep. The timing of the checks is from 12.00-12.30 AM, then 2.15-2.45 AM, and lastly from 5.00-5.30 AM. Additionally, we have implemented a system where photos of the security guards stationed at the gates and making rounds in the colony are taken during each supervisory patrol. These pictures are captured during all three rounds and are securely shared in a dedicated group created for this purpose. The supervisory checks are at gate nos. : 3, 13, 18 & 22, where guards are on duty. To double check on the alertness of guards as well as the supervisor, spot instant photographs of the guards on their posts along with the timing uploaded at that very moment in our security portal, where the undersigned, vice president, HJS, etc. keep an eye. This is a foolproof effort, but still, lapses can occur as security guards are not a regimented and trained lot. This initiative has significantly boosted our security measures and has served us well. The guards remain alert and are ready to respond promptly in case of any issues during the night. All guards have been given diaries to note down the addresses where the street lights are nonfunctional, which they submit in the morning to the security supervisor for collation. We need to be proactive toward safety and help ourselves too. Suggestions and volunteers are welcome.
