Masterminds, robbing people on the go! This is exactly what happened to a couple, residents of NFC. They were driving down the DND flyway when a biker driving by warned them of oil leakage from their car engine. Next, they noticed fumes coming out of the bonnet. As soon as they pulled down their window, the smoke filled the car too, forcing the occupants to disembark from the car. Just then two bikers came and snatched the lady’s handbag.
All this happened one after another! By the time they came to their senses, the handbag with the mobile, cash, and a key was gone.
Such cases are becoming very common on highways. Despite being aware, people are taken unawares due to the swiftness of the sequence of the events. The fumes are extremely harmful and may even trigger an asthmatic attack.
