B4 block has made a community composting pit in its park.. But the pit is now overflowing with dry leaves and it is very difficult to harvest the compost due to overflow of green waste. Several reminders and complsinyd have not borne any fruits. The horticulture dept always pleads innocent by saying that they do not have the requisite no of trucks and staff.. For how long can the residents suffer due to their neglect and lame excuses?
