Neeti Bhardwaj’s (KT15) journey from an aspiring doctor to pioneering entrepreneur showcases remarkable resilience and vision, making her a role model for young women. Though her childhood dream of becoming a doctor ended with an unsuccessful PMT attempt, she chose not to settle.

A brief career hiatus due to family responsibilities did not deter her ambitions; she returned to the workforce as a consultant for a German Firm in Delhi.

In 2009, driven by her growing expertise and encouragement from colleagues, Neeti established her consultancy, ‘cGMP Pharma’n’ Plans Pvt. Ltd.’, which has since risen to rank among India’s top three firms in pharmaceutical design, auditing, and project management.

Inspired by personal encounters in the family with cancer, Neeti launched Revacure Lifesciences in 2015 to start manufacturing cancer medications for chemotherapy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her firm became Madhya Pradesh’s first to produce treatment for Black Fungus, earning recognition from the Chief Minister.
