Navratri Celebrations In Shiv Mandir

Mata ka ‘Shringar’, like every year, was brought with band baja by about 100 people. They were received by about 30-40 people in Shiv Mandir Green Park. Pujari ji with 12 devotees from Chattarpur Mandir brought Mata ke vastra abhushan’ with prasad of meethi roti, fresh fruit, dry fruit and mithai. A red chunni, Har and small chatter, and was arpan to Mata with aarti. All this was followed by a medley of bhajans and dances. Around 2pm high tea was served and Pujari ji and 12 devotees who brought Mata ke vastra and prasad were honoured with loi and shawls respectively.
