New year was welcomed with prayers and enjoyment. Mandir was decorated with balloons, flowers and electric lights. Amritvani, Hanuman chalisa and Arti with deepak in each person’s hand, followed by bhajans and dances and then delicious Bhandara. Before leaving, a mala, chuni/ woolen shawl and a Parsad as boxes of sweets were given by Shri ML Chopra, mandir president . Around 250-300 ladies and men welcomed 2024 and wished for global peace and brotherhood.
