ARPAN, a resident of Anand Lok, is a BA LLB, Law Graduate from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS).
Instead of pursuing Law he chose to follow his passion : MUSIC. He is a Grade 7 graduate in Guitar from Trinity School of Music, London.
ARPAN is a Songwriter, Singer, Guitarist and a Keyboardist. He is the core member of the band GREEN PARK(@allparksaregreen) with extensive background in music, having performed at several music festivals across India. He teaches Guitar and has also been featured in a documentary series chronicling his band’s journey through seven states of North East India. He was associated as a bass player with DEE EN and is also a member of band Dohnraj & the Peculiars.
Green Park is a New Delhi based band that brings fresh perspective to Indie Music. Their sound is a unique blend of timeless melodies and modern experimentation drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of musical history. The band members Arpan Kumar, Sidharth Gupta, Rishabh Bhan Singh create intricate soundscapes that take the listeners on a journey of self discovery.
Green Park released their debut LP “NEWLY AGED” on March 23, 2024 . The album features extensive collaborations with prominent Indian and International musicians including Grammy nominated sarod player Sashank Navaladi,Jazz saxophonist William Schade and other eminent musicians. The album has received widespread critical acclaim.
Their debut album “All My Pictures Have Grown Smiles” has been highlighted as a contender for “Debut of the Year” by India’s leading independent music publication “ Rock Street Journal”.The EP was mastered by Grammy nominated mastering engineer Andrew Garver.
Green Park is embarking on a traveling tour in their customized RV , a caravan to perform in different cities in India starting with Jaipur, NMACC- Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, Goa, Ahmedabad and Gurgaon.
