The Party Hall in the Club House once again played host to a captivating musical evening on Saturday, 3 June. The cultural committee, well-known for orchestrating periodic Baithaks, flawlessly executed yet another one to unveil the inhouse talent.
Giving a new twist to the conventional karaoke performances, a live band graced the stage to support the artists, adding depth and vigour to the performances.
The audience was treated to a whole range of genres of Hindi film music through exquisite renditions of soul – stirring classics such as Thandi Hawaayen to spirited performances of lively numbers like Pyar Hume Kis Mod Pe Le Aaya.
The finale was grand and impressive with all the vocalists uniting harmoniously to deliver a haunting melody from the 50s, the timeless Mera Dil Ye Pukaare Aaja.
Moreover, it was truly endearing to witness the palpable camaraderie shared amongst the performers who cheered one another during the performances.
Apart from snacks that were served prior to the commencement of the program, hot beverages were made available throughout the evening. In all, the evening was a feast for the senses leaving a lasting imprint of joy and fulfilment on the hearts of the organizers, performers, and audience alike.
