Besides the normal activities that take place in such gatherings of the Forum, Pawan Amarpuri, expert on Accupressure gave a scintillating talk on the benefits of the ancient science of healing art, for at least 5000 years, and that it has been practiced by Buddhhist monks for good health, vitality and longevity. Acupressure deals with energies of human body and considers them parallel to nature. The place where pressure is applied on living body is called ‘acu point’. The therapy works as medicine. These acu points have various interconnections to each other as well as to various segments of the body. They work under a certain network of energy called meridian system which directs and transfers the stimulated energy changes from one place to another, creating healing effect.

It was announced in the meeting that the next get together will be a General Body Meeting. The date and time will be intimated shortly.

A draw for two lotteries of Rs. 500 was also organized. The winners were Mahendra Singh and SR Kapur.
