Arya Samaj GK 1 in association with various block RWA’s had started the activity of organizing “Yagya in Park” last month. During these events, Havan is performed in park from 7.30 am to 8.15 am. On an average 60-70 residents including morning walkers attend these events. These events help in pollution management and spiritual wellness. During the month of June, three more such events were organized in parks of different blocks. First this month was organized on June 3, in C Block Park with support and initiative of Pradeep Garg, President RWA and Ajit Verma, Sec, RWA. Second was organized on June 10 in Central Park, Greater Kailash Enclave-1 with the initiative of Usha Marwah, President, Mahila Samaj and support of RWA office bearers. Third was organized on June 17 in Asaf Ali Park, opposite E/R blocks with the support of office bearers of E block RWA. Arya Samaj Kailash-Greater kailash-1, plans to organize such events every Saturday morning in other block parks.
