Members of senior citizen Forum Prateek Wisteria in their monthly Get together held on 26 May 2024 celebrated the birthday and marriage anniversary of their fellow members. This get together was special as this time felicitation of members with their birthday and marriage anniversary in April and May was celebrated. Furthermore in the month of May it was the 75th birthday of our evergreen member Dr. N. K. Berry.
Ramesh Bandlish vice President of Forum led the celebrations in absence of Present J. P. Mathur due to ill health.
Program started with recitation of Hanuman Chalisa. This was followed by the entertainment program which started with presentation by V. P. Johri our new member. This time the emphasis was on solo presentations. Hence many more members such as J. P. Gupta, Meera Chaudhary, Bala Mehra and others entertained the audience with their melodious songs and Bhajan presentations. Mrs. Berry presented a song dedicating the same to Dr. Berry to which he generously replied with another song. In between Mr. and Mrs. Bandlish entertained the audience with their duet song. Dr. Berry with his one liners and riddles kept the audience glued to their seats throughout the program.
Entertainment program was followed by the birthday and marriage anniversary felicitation. Shri Harpal Pal Singh and Shri Nanak Chand called the names of the persons to be felicitated while Shri Bandlish invited the members who would do the felicitation. Every member/ couple whose birthday/ marriage anniversary was there lighted a Diya in token of celebration. In the end Dr. N. K. Berry was requested to cut the cake to celebrate his 75th birthday. All the members applauded him with a thunderous applause of ‘Happy Birthday’. Entire program was meticulously covered with

Program ended with Vote of Thanks by J. P. Gupta and sumptuous snacks arranged by Dr. N. K. Berry
