A Terrified Resident Of B 4 block Complains To The RWAs
This note is to advise you to take URGENT action regarding the increasing destruction and threat to life posed by the recurring monkey attacks on our life and property. My house had been invaded by this group of 6 wild monkeys who entered via my first floor balcony in mid February and terrorised me for almost 20 minutes. I was put in a life threatening situation and didn’t have anyone to help me. Subsequently the RWA was apprised of the situation.
These monkeys have been sighted by me in the back lane as well as the terraces of my neighbours. Additionally, they are causing extensive damage to my garden. I am really terrified as despite putting nets and spikes they have once again entered my terrace garden today (13th March) from the neighbor’s house and caused damage and most flower pots etc have been destroyed.
This has happened on multiple occasions starting from Feb’15. Every second day ie. 17/2,19/2, 22/2, /2,28/2,2/3,4/3,7/3,9/3 and today13/3. They invade the colony in the evening, specifically the houses from B-4/131 to B-4/134, one of which I am a resident. The monkey menace is increasing exponentially.
These incidents are now a daily occurrence and something has to be done ASAP to control.
