Mindful or Mindless

Some days, especially after Sunday or a holiday, this is the scene near the bins of the Meghdutam Park. The rabbits bins installed earlier in the park got replaced with elevated bins mounted on iron stands to avoid dogs from toppling them. So this spill of garbage around the bin seems the careless throwing of the leftovers in plastic bags near the bins (not inside), easy for the dogs to spread the garbage around by tearing through the bags. Next time we need to be mindful, and should not hesitate to point out to those who are seen carelessly throwing the garbage bag (not inside the bin).
