Our esteemed MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj visited C- Block park to inaugurate a new slide structure, as the existing one is in bad shape and needs to be replaced for the safety of children. He informed that soon the traffic and entry to the colony would be regulated by an overhead elevated rail from Moolchand to Khanpur and further. Also an underpass has been sanctioned on the Chirag Delhi crossing., which will further make the ingress to the colony hassles free. Actually now the residents can’t enter the colony so fast and have to wait for 15- 20 minutes from GK-1 crossing. As such, some people use foot over bridge near Krishi Vihar to save that unreasonable time. But adding to their woes, the lifts installed at Foot Over Bridge are not working and anti-social elements/ druggists keep sleeping in front of the not-in use lifts and enter the colony for petty thefts in the houses to meet their petty drug demands. Some residents also requested for re carpeting of roads especially in front of Rockland and the other near C-Block Park.
