On 30 November, representatives of F block Sector-50 / 51had a focused discussion with Pankaj Singh, Noida MLA, on several important issues concerning the development and well-being of Sector 50 and its surrounding areas. Following societies were represented: Windsor Green, Overseas Apartments, Alok Vihar 1 & 2, Amarpali Eden Park, Mahagun Maestro, Stellar Kings Court, Subhkamana Apartments, Antriksh Greens, Meghdutam Apartments, Silver Estate, Sagar Apartment, Shivkala Apartments. Also present were Rajesh Singh (Gen Secretary F Block Sec 50 Welfare Federation), Rajiva Singh (President, NOFAA), Atul Thakur from MLA office and Dharmendra Chauhan of MLA Office.
The key points, the essence of the discussion, are as follows: To initiate the process of opening of the Sector 50 Club, ensuring active participation and collaboration with the AOA (Apartment Owners Association) members of Sector 50. • Proper maintenance of Meghdutam Park by improving the regular upkeep including horticulture, cleanliness, and enhanced visitor facilities. • Covering of nalas in F block to enhance hygiene, safety, and aesthetics. • Traffic Management in the light of the upcoming developments, especially with the construction of new malls and a hospital, to avoid congestion and ensure smooth vehicular movement. • Noise control at the Barat Ghar by implementing stricter controls on sound levels at the venue to minimize disturbance to nearby residents during events. • Alok Vihar society elections, to ensure transparency, fair and unbiased processes. • To speed up NOC from the Fire Department, MLA’s support was requested in expediting the issuance of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the fire department for pending approvals. • Highlighted the urgent need to widen the road opposite Kendriya Vihar to reduce traffic bottlenecks and improve connectivity. • Unauthorized construction very close to Shivkala apartments (Sec-51), which is flouting UP Construction Laws.
As an immediate action, the MLA immediately called Noida CEO, Lokesh M, for some of the points raised especially covering the naala and opening of the club house.
