For the past few days, there was a discussion on the Apex Athena WhatsApp group that the temple committee and Apex Cultural Committee should give the accounts to the residents. Then it was revealed that the Apex Athena Utahn Charitable & Welfare Trust that was formed to build the temple has been dissolved and an unregistered body of some people is working to run the affairs of the temple. The spokesperson of the temple confirmed to the editor of Samvada and also told that the money of the temple is kept with a member of the committee because the temple committee is not registered; hence an account cannot be opened in the bank. Some residents reacted that it is wrong for a private committee to keep the money of the temple. It was revealed from the spokesperson that when the AOA is formed, then the temple will be operated under the AOA and all the money will be handed over to AOA. The accounts of the temple have been given to the former President of AWS. Now it is up to him when to give the accounts to the residents. Sushant Yadav has informed the members that AOA has been registered with Dy. Registrar Ghaziabad on December 31, 2024 Regn. No.GBN/06846/2024-2025 Apex Athena Apartments Owner’s Association valid upto 30 Dec.2029. The Committee members Sushant Yadava President, Rohit Awasthi Vice-President, Prayandra Kumar Gen. Secretary, Rajkumar Sagar Treasurer, Akansha Yadav, Alok Khare, Aman Khera, Anil Prakash Gupta and Sanjeev Kumar Mishra Committee members.
With reference to article March 2021 (Athena Welfare society offer to open a separate account for the construction of the temple but it was not acceptable to the organizers of the Shiv Mandir. On initial stages the temple cash collection was kept to a senior resident. Few months back an individual saving joint account was opened in the name of two resident’s organizers and all temple cash was deposited in the joint saving account.)
