When we put in a request to the councillor to please get the back lane cleared of Malba he obliges. Where does that malba come to? The malba lands at our very own dump inside our maintenance office near the gumbad. This pilling of malba has been continuously going on for the past three years and all the malba is from our very own defence colony lanes. To clear this mountain the MCD is spending Rupees 3.5 lakh which is actually our own tax money. With folded hands we request residents please dispose malba in a proper manner instead of dumping it in your back lanes. Otherwise very soon Defence Colony will have its own landfill.
