To protect our environment and give something back to Society ANRWA, in association with Earth Helpers, has started an initiative to collect used diyas and candles post- Diwali. This initiative is supported by an NGO, Avacayam, which makes things from waste and sells them to support underprivileged children. Residents are requested not to dispose of or trash used diyas and candles and instead send them to the ANRWA office. A collection centre has been created for the same.
