Time To Pay Up
Letters have gone out to all residents to pay the maintenance charges @Rs. 1000 per month per dwelling unit (floor/kitchen level), plus arrears if any.
These charges are essential for the colony’s upkeep and the Managing Committee has been requesting all to support the upkeep, including security, by paying their dues.
The payment can either be deposited by cheque at the reception or directly transferred bank to bank (credit card or UPI payment is yet to be enabled).
For direct bank transfer, please register the below mentioned account one time. Whenever you pay, (annual or quarterly), please mention your Membership No (Main Member) and Month of the bill. Kindly share the screenshot of the payment on the email society@panchshilaclub.org.

If you wish to check any details regarding your Maintenance Charges account, do call Surinder +91 8920-822122 after 3 pm.
You can make the payment of the annual charges quarterly or one time. In case you make a single payment of the annual charges, along with arrears, by 31.5.2024, a rebate of Rs 1000 can be applied to the fee mentioned in the invoice and the net amount paid to the Society.
We do hope that all residents will pay their respective dues and strengthen hands of the Society to take proper care of our colony, in collaboration with the government authorities.
