For construction of homes in Maharani Bagh, RWA has laid down the following guidelines for roof casting to ensure minimal disturbance to the residents in the colony.
Roof Casting Timings: • Roof casting should be between 9 AM and 6 PM only • No casting work should be done after 6 PM. RMC Truck Access: • Only one RMC truck will be allowed in the colony at a time.
Non-compliance of these guidelines may lead to costs and consequences for the contractor/owner. Therefore, it is in their best interest to ensure that these timings are strictly adhered to. Construction activities after these hours cause immense disturbance to the residents, which should be avoided.
RWA expects full cooperation from all parties involved in the construction work and hope it is never forced to take action or stop construction work.
In the event of rain during roof casting, as a special case, RWA will allow the construction to finish, but this allowance is contingent upon the casting having started on time, not late.
