Maha Shivratri was celebrated in Shiv Mandir, on 27th February 2025 with great enthusiasm and devotion. Mandir was beautifully decorated especially on the ground floor where Shivling sthapna was done when the Mandir came into existence. Lord Shiv and Ma Parvati got married on this day and Shivling sthapna took place on the very day and as such the Mandir took a ‘ Saakaar roop’ Vidhivat Ramcharit Manas Akhand Path was started at 9.30 am and Bhog took place at 9.30 on Monday, 28-2-25. Mahila Mandal recited Shiv Bhajans with dances , full of devotion and josh from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. This was followed by vrat prasad so that fasting persons could also take it.
