An eminent member of the laughter club by the name, of Suresh Kumar Gupta living at P 1A 35 at Princeton Estate, hosted a Bhandara on 22/04/23 inside the complex in memory of his wife Vimla Gupta on her fifth Remembrance Day. Suresh Kumar Gupta has 2 sons (residing in the UK) and his dear daughter is living next to him at Royalton. Our society is fit to be renamed as Princeton Parivar, as the joy among the residents has always multiplied with the interaction and grief we share in times of need.
The visitor’s parking area was used to offer the Bhandara. Though the lunch was offered between 12.30 to 2.30 in the afternoon, the preparation was in full fledge, right since 7 am. The tasty food of puri, subjis and halwa was thoroughly enjoyed by Guptaji’s dearest friends and also by the staff of the Residential complex. The multicoloured tent, seating arrangements and overall preparation were not less than any marriage arrangements. About 800 folks consumed the food and there was a mark of satisfaction on the face of Guptaji.
The pain and separation of his dear wife Vimala cannot be equated or compensated by any means, but Guptaji experienced a sense of belonging after seeing his comrades’ support and happiness on the occasion and the agony might have eased a little bit.
Life is full of varieties of incidents. Remaining happy and satisfied in the given parameters is the wisest thing one can perceive and I pray the Almighty to keep the elegant Gupta’s in full spirits.
