The lounge on the T Tower ground floor of Windsor Court was inaugurated earlier this year. In a cozy and heartwarming ceremony, Kulwant Kashyap and Paramjit Singh Kashyap, a beloved senior couple of Windsor Court did the honours.
A space designed for multipurpose usage, the lounge has card tables, a library consisting of shelves re-engineered from old letterboxes and books donated by residents, as well as ample space for children to play board games etc.
The Windsor book club members, known as the ‘Windsor Bookaholics’ met at the lounge recently to discuss books, OTT series and lots more on a Sunday afternoon. We, at Windsor, are hopeful that the lounge will serve as a wonderful space to engage residents of all age groups in activities which promote togetherness, warmth, learning and fun.
