On 13 January, Lohri was celebrated in the Desire Society for HIV+ children by Golden Lioness Club Pragati. Prasad was distributed and the children were given under garments. From GL Club Pragati, GL Poonam Syal (Region Chair Person), GL Chandra Vohra, GL Sunita Gupta and GL. Deepa Nag Dev attended it.
Golden Lioness Club Pragati is working for under-privileged people of the society by paying their monthly fees for schooling and higher education, and spending time with old age homes inmates. From time to time, all festivals are celebrated with Desire Society that is home to HIV+ children, which is running from Sector 92, and Vatshylam society of leaper community children.
