The club wore a Punjabi look on the day of Lohri. It was decorated with the vibrant colors of Punjab. More so Punjabi folk dancers, dancing with the club members made it all the more fun and exciting. Lohri was lit, the residents took rounds of fire, offering mungfali, rewari and pop-corns, kept in big thaals on a table, which was a ritual done by Punjabis. I think, people should stop burning bon-fire at individual homes, do puja at the club and avoid polluting the already polluted environment.
